How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will have access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period.
To cancel, you can follow the instructions listed here to cancel your subscription.
Can I pay via invoicing?
We support billing by invoice with net 30 payments, but only for annual agreements on our Enterprise plans. Please get in touch with us if you prefer invoicing.
For both the Team or Business annual and monthly plans, we require a credit card to be on file.
What if I need Polly to complete a security questionnaire before making a purchase?
We're more than happy to complete a security questionnaire for customers considering an Enterprise plan. We can also make available reports from our most recent 3rd party security audit and pentest, upon request.
